Off The Strip

Pink Taco

Pink Taco at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino boasts homemade tortillas, hand-shaken margaritas, and more! They have  a brunch, lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late night menu, so whenever you’re hungry, they’ve got you covered.  Signature dishes include Chicen a la plancha, and fried lobster tacos.  You can also have them cater your event in a pink taco truck!

Hours: Tues-Thurs: 12pm – 12am; Sat, 11am-2am; Sun 11am – 10pm; Mon; 12pm – 10pm; Happy Hour daily from 3 – 7pm

On The Strip


Javier’s features mouth-watering menu items such as queso fundido (melted cheese with sauteed onion, mushroom, pasilla chile, and topped with chorizo and chipotle chile) and relleno de picadillo, two pasilla chiles battered, stuffed with ground peef, tomatillo, cheese, potato, and serranos. They’ve got hand-shaken margaritas, and a crazy cool atmosphere.

Hussong’s Cantina

Hussong’s Cantina is a great place to go if you’re vegan.  They’ve got a whole menu, plus a regular non-vegan menu, with something that will satisfy everyone.  They also have hand-crafted margaritas, with unique flavors such as Blackberry splash, which features casa noble blanco tequila, freshly muddled blackberries, and ginger liqueur.

Hours: daily 11am – 11pm

Gonzalez y Gonzalez

Gonzalez y Gonzalez, in New York New York, has everything you could want. This southwestern inspired menu features dishes such as ancho chil halibut, a portobello mushroom tostada, and fried ice cream.  They have an authentic tequila bar, and also feature latin nights on Fridays and Saturdays!

Hours: Mon – Sun, 11am – 11pm


Chayo is known for its epic tequila bar, with tons of options and mixers. Make your own, or request one of the staples, such as the Chayo Margarita or the White Peach Margarita. The food is amazing too, with options such as Chicken a la Veracruzana, pork enchiladas, and even a bacon cheeseburger!

Hours: Sun – Thurs, 8am -12am; Fri & Sat, 8am – 2am
