This winter, indulge in a non-desert activity, and try your hand at ice skating in Las Vegas! Vegas has several rinks that are open to the public, some year round! Take a look at some of these awesome places you can practice your tricks and turns in Vegas!

The Ice Rink at The Cosmopolitan

Skate in style at The Cosmopolitan’s Boulevard Pool, transformed into an ice rink. Take in the lights and sights of The Strip with a rooftop view, roast s’mores over a fire, and enjoy festive drinks and snacks from the rink-side bar.  “Snow storms” happen every 30 minutes during select times for extra Winter! Price is $20 ($10 for locals and hotel guests on Tues – Thurs). You must sign a waiver to skate.

City National Arena

City National Arena is home to the Las Vegas Golden Knights, but it’s also a great venue for parties, events, private lessons, and more! They also offer open skate times at Star Nursery Rink B and Summerlin Hosp. Rink A.  Check out their website for details.

Fiesta Rancho SoBe Ice Arena

SoBe Ice Arena offers lessons, hosts birthday parties and events, a hockey camp, and more!  Public Skate times vary, but they’re generally open every day.

Las Vegas Ice Center

The Las Vegas Ice Center hosts daily public skating times year round!  They also offer classes in figure skating and hockey.  It’s a great place to host a party or event, or drop by for Teen Night Fridays. Prices are $10 per person, and kids 5 and under are only $6. You can rent skates there, or bring your own for an extra $2 off.
