StripSteak at Mandalay Bay

StripSteak is a beautiful steakhouse with a standard menu, an exquisite atmosphere and fantastic french fries headed Chef Michael Mina. Looking forward a native steakhouse with a contemporary twist? This is it. Michael Mina is known for using the best of cooking, organic and fresh vegetables and ingredients, that same standard translates to this steakhouse. StripSteak has three kinds of duck fat fries as a free side appetizers with every order together with three different dipping sauces. Sometimes the combinations change but at the moment,  garlic herb, truffle and Old Bay, served with ketchup, truffle aioli and mustard remoulade individually.

Julian Serrano Tapas at Aria

Julian Serrano Tapas is bold and modern restaurant with quality decor which was the first masterpiece in America by the renowned design firm, Gente de Valor. This restaurant gets very crowded during weekend as a result of  due its live atmosphere, quality food, specialty cocktails, and reasonable pricing in terms of the restaurant being located in Las Vegas. The huevos rotos at Julian Serrano Tapas restaurant at Aria are an order of a portion fries garnished with chorizo and topped with a fried egg. Rumour also has it that it is a remedy for a hangover.

Pizza Forte

The Ferraro family restaurant is located in the T-Mobile arena and known for benchmark Italian cuisine in its self titled restaurant and fantastic pizza at its Pizza Forte spots. When next you’re coming to T-Mobile Arena and need a good place to get french fries with your family, don’t forget to order their crunchy french fries and cheesy curds soaked in brown gravy.

Naked City Pizza

Naked City began in 2009 as a tiny small mobile cart and became a large pizza force to be reckoned with on Paradise Road.  After getting a big break into the national and Las Vegas eye with their feature on Food Network’s popular TV show, Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, things only got bigger.

Garnished with a house blend of hot peppers as well as habanero-garlic sauce, Naked City’s hot fries are not for who aren’t hot and spicy fans. Since their big break, they’ve acquired a big fan base of spicy food lovers.

Echo & Rig

This restaurant is just 15 minutes away from the strip and we know it might be unfair to mention pportobello mushroom fries on this list but that of Echo & Rig are so quite wonderful according to reviews. In fact, the seasoning is also of amazing quality.
