One of the newest additions to the Aria Resort & Casino, Din Tai Fung brings its internationally famous xiao long bao (soup dumplings) to Las Vegas. The restaurant started with a single location in Taiwan and now has more than 170 restaurants in 13 countries, including a Hong Kong branch that has been awarded Michelin stars. In 2020, Din Tai Fung Vegas made a successful debut and has been packed ever since.
While people come for the famous bao, the culinary delights go beyond dumplings. Customers rave about other delicious dim sum dishes, hearty soups, and mouth watering fried pork chops.
