Giada is a household name in Vegas, and her self-titled restaurant at The Cromwell is a world favorite. Unfortunately, it can be a bit on the pricey side for some – but fear not! If you’re a fan of the critically acclaimed chef, now you can try her creations at Pronto, a more casual setting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
It’s all the class without the price tag
At Pronto, you can enjoy delicious Giada-curated dishes, without the… well, Giada-inspired prices. Meals are on the lighter side, such as egg dishes like vegetarian frittatas ($9), sandwiches ($12+), and salads ($9+), and more. Grab a bagel or scone for under $4!
You can sit down at Pronto for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or you can choose from a variety of sandwiches, salads, yogurts, and more to carry out right away. If you’re more interested in seeing all the sights than spending time at the table, Pronto is a great option for delicious, fresh food on the go. (That includes the gelato.)
The desserts at Pronto are absolutely worth salivating over. There are cakes by the slice, gelato, chocolate cornetti, cinnamon buns, pound cake, and, of course, De Laurentiis’ lemon ricotta cookies. Desserts run under $7, so you can absolutely get more than one.
In the center of the restaurant, there’s a magnificent wine bar, featuring Italian and California wines. Sit and enjoy a flight of wines, a cocktail, or a beer at the bar.
