Try Hot Yoga at the Neon Museum!

Looking for something fun, relaxing, and invigorating? All at the same time? Then check out the Neon Museum’s “Hot Yoga!” TODAY!

For one hour on August 16th and August 30th, 2017, the Neon Boneyard will open its doors to yogis everywhere. It’s an hour long class with certified instructor Eileen Lorraine.

Tickets are just $18 per person. Neon Museum members get $5 off!

You’ll get to see the great Neon signs of the museum while you breathe deep.  Let the 100 degree weather help you sweat out those toxins! There are tons of benefits to doing hot yoga. These include weight loss, toning muscle, and flushing out toxins. It also helps improve the lymphatic system, and other physical benefits.  And of course, you’ll work your mind as well.

The Neon Museum doesn’t provide any materials. So make sure you bring a yoga mat (no one wants hot sand burns on their toes), towel, and plenty of water!  It’s also important not to eat too much beforehand, but you do want to make sure you aren’t working out on an empty stomach.

Classes are Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30, and participation is limited to those 18+, or 16+ and accompanied by a guardian.
There are only 2 classes left this summer, so don’t miss out! Try hot yoga at the Neon Museum today!
