5 Tasting or Pre-Fixe Menus for Under $100 in Las Vegas

Having a difficult time deciding on where to eat before your show?  Want to try everything, but a bit worried about your pocket book?  Check out these 5 tasting and pre-fixe menus you can enjoy for under $100! From dinner to brunch to wild desserts, you’re sure to find several dishes you love on these chef specialty menus.

Pre-Fixe Menus

Michael Mina

Michael Mina has a number of tasting menus to choose from.  The pre-theatre menu comes with 2 choices of appetizer, entree, and dessert, with supplementary choices like ahi tuna tartare or lobster pot pie.  It’ll run you about $68 bucks a person (plus $35 if you want a wine pairing).  Or, go the vegetarian route! Delight in ornate dishes like crispy beet, green gazpacho with avocado espuma and marcona almond, and a mango walnut crostata with cardamom honey and creme fraiche sherbet.  It’s about $85 per person, plus more for an additional wine pairing.


The pre-theatre menu at Carnevino is a delight. $65 dollars a piece, or $57 with show tickets.  Choose between 3 options for a first course – fried calamari or salads, a second course of filet mignon, tagliatelle bolognese, crystal lake chicken, and a dessert of tiramisu, gelato, or sorbet.


At Giada, enjoy a delicious brunch tasting menu.  You’ll pay $45 for an assorted pastry basket and/or antipasto platter, with your choice of salmon cake benedict, baked sausage lasagne, or italian chicken and waffles.  You’ll also get dessert option, such as lemon ricotta cookie ice cream sandwich, a ‘leaning tower of chocolate and espresso,’ or a limoncello souffle. For an extra good time, add bottomless mimosas for $30.  

Le Cirque

Le Cirque’s pre-Theatre menu might be a bit steeply priced at  $72 per person, but it’s worth the pennies.  Choose from wild Scottish salmon, hamachi Japanese yellowtail, or for an additional fee, foie gras poele or prime beef hangar steak.  Indulge in a lush dessert, such as a chocolate ball with praline mousse, white chocolate ice cream, and hazelnut caramel crunch, or a raspberry parfait with champagne gelee and lychee guimauves.


Jaleo offers the least expensive, but by no means less delicious, tasting option. Created by Chef Jose Andres, you’ll get “The Jose Experience” with chef’s choice of traditional and modern tapas.  You’ll also get “spanish sips” with specially selected spanish wines. These pair with your menu (for an extra price, of course).
