Beauty & Essex is full of unexpected surprises. Located inside the sophisticated Cosmopolitan Hotel, the front of the restaurant is actually a pawn shop full of fine jewelry and vintage guitars. Chef Chris Santos originally opened Beauty & Essex on the Lower East Side before bringing it to the glitz and glamor of Las Vegas. Here you’ll dine on delicious shareable plates with unique twists, including Mexican street corn ravioli, as well as grilled cheese and tomato soup dumplings. You’ll also have your choice of prime meats like an 18-ounce dry-aged New York stripsteak or a 38-ounce tomahawk ribeye, in addition to Beauty’s Wonder Wheel of desserts. Finish off the night with a bottle of dessert wine or a specialty cocktail.
