Hot Off The Strip Locations You Should Visit In Las Vegas

While the Strip offers the best tourist centers in Las Vegas, there are numerous free off The Strip attractions and activities too. You don’t have to confine your fun to the Strip. It is only a part of Las Vegas. There are other parts to explore too. Some of the off  The Strip places you can visit have been listed below.

Pinball Hall of Fame

The Pinball Hall of Fame is a famous 10,000 square feet off The Strip attraction. It is a combination of game arcade and museum. Some of the newest games in the arcade collection include an 80’s favorite – Super Mario Brothers.  There are even wooden pinball games from the forties.

The Aquarium at Silverton Casino

It is completely free and absolute fun to watch. You should target activities like the daily fish feeding which occurs between 1:30 PM and 4: 30 PM and the mermaid show that takes place at 30-minute intervals. The aquarium is free and it is situated on the floor of the casino.

The Botanical Cactus Garden and Ethel M. Chocolate Factory

These two centers are located close to each other. They are just 10 miles away from the strip. You can start by visiting the chocolate factory and then the Botanical Cactus Garden. The two centers offer unique kind of experience that you can’t get anywhere else. The Cactus Gardens are open at night during holiday season for some holiday shows.

Mystic Falls Park

This park is located inside Sam’s Town Casino. You are free to stroll around in the park either during the day or at night. The combination of the sound of rolling waterfall and birds chirping in their nests on some live trees is an icing on the cake. There is also a 10-story skylight that towers far above the park. There are daily laser light shows from 2 PM to 10 PM at 1 hour intervals.

First Fridays at Arts District

The Arts District in Vegas throws a party every first Friday of the month. During the party, the streets are open to everyone and different forms of arts are displayed for everyone. The party begins at exactly 5 PM and ends around 11 PM. There will be live music and other activities. Different vendors will take advantage of the party to make some quick sales too. You can attend the party with your kids as there s a section for kids too.
