During The Palazzo’s construction, 70 percent of the waste materials used were recycled, which diverted close to 42,000 tons away from landfills. Entertainment

Combined with the Sands Expo and Convention Center (as well as the Venetian), The Palazzo is among the the world’s largest hotel and convention center complexes. The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian connect both hotels.

There is also a multilevel shopping complex (of nearly 1 million square feet). It has roughly 160 high end stores for you to choose from. Water features are also provided, such as the breathtaking Waterfall Atrium and the indoor canal at the Venetian. The amenities at the two properties are interchangeable. Smoking is completely off limits on 50 percent of the casino floor itself. It removes the stale smoke smell usually found in Vegas casinos. This is thanks to a certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

It has 3,066 all suite rooms that start at an expansive 720 square feet. Architects and interior designers constructed each with modern Italian style. All of the comforts of home are provided, in addition to with the luxuries you would expect at a high class hotel. For example, remote controlled drapes, sunken living rooms, Roman tubs, and multiple flat screen televisions.

Situated on the 23rd floor, the Prestige Suites provide enhanced VIP treatment. You also get access to an exclusive lounge and a champagne check in.

Restaurants

The Palazzo’s dining is second to none, thanks to AAA Four Diamond Award winning restaurants like celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s Cut. SushiSamba provides Carnaval inspired cuisine that unites Peruvian tastes, Brazilian flavors and Japanese technique. Grimaldi’s delivers incomparable thin crust pizza and a taste of New York.

SushiSamba’s sister venue, The Lounge at SushiSamba, is a vibrant nightspot that features interactive entertainment. Lavo is another top notch spot to grab a few drinks during the late night hours.

Enjoy casual fare at Wolfgang Puck’s Solaro. It’s located on the hotel’s fourth floor at the five acre pool complex. Canyon Ranch Grill is also located on the pool level near the Canyon Ranch SpaClub entrance.
