You’re bound to work up an appetite at AREA15 between all the shopping, exploring, and thrill-seeking. Lucky for you, there are plenty of drink and dining options for every discerning foodie.

The Beast Pop Up

This Todd English eatery is as much about the atmosphere as it is about the cuisine. Dine beneath the desert sky and a giant disco ball next to a kinetic art car and stimulating games. Four-time James Beard Award winner Todd English has hand-picked a select menu from his forthcoming restaurant The Beast Food Hall, which will debut in full in late 2020. Don’s miss the seared wild caught salmon, wagyu skewers, or mouthwatering tuna tartare wonton tacos.

Emack and Bolio’s

Decadent ice cream meets rock and roll at Emack and Bolio’s a Boston-based company that’s been catering the late night munchies to musicians like Aerosmith, U2, and Boston after concerts since 1975. Vegan ice cream, chocolates, and smoothies are also available at this unique creamery.

Get your sugar fix at Rocket Fizz, a new take on the old-fashioned soda pop and candy shop. Here, you’ll have the chance to try soda flavors you’ve never even dreamed of. You can also sample a wide variety of salt water taffy including more recognizable flavors like banana split, chocolate malt, and strawberry cheesecake.

Coming Soon to AREA15

AREA15 is just getting started. In addition to the mind-bending experiences above, check out these other attractions coming to AREA15 in the coming months.

Dueling Axes

Thrill rides: check. Trippy art: check. Axe throwing: CHECK. Dueling Axes will debut in October 2020. Sip on beer and wine across sixteen lanes of axe-wielding fun. Each lane (à la bowling) accommodates up to six people, or you can even book your own VIP private room. Come blow off some steam and learn a brand new skill.

Emporium

Part bar, part arcade, Emporium brings the classic arcade games from your childhood together with a modern-day craft beer hall and cocktail bar. Emporium will also mix things up with brand new arcade games, impressive murals, and nightly music to keep the party going. Emporium will be available for your next corporate or personal event starting in October 2020.  Contact AREA15 directly for booking information.

Omega Mart

Omega Mart may sound like a Walmart’s weird cousin, but starting next year, this will be an entirely different kind of shopping experience. Brought to you by the Santa Fe art and entertainment collective Meow Wolf, Omega Mart blends the work of more than 50 collaborating visual and musical artists worldwide to create the “#1 supermarket in the worlds”. Come visit all 52,000 square feet of otherworldliness in early 2021.

Lost Spirits Distillery

Art, science, and innovation link up to provide guests with a whimsical whiskey bar experience. In early 2021, Lost Spirits Distillery will be serving up world-class whiskey and rum amidst an offbeat cast of attractions including a boat ride, undersea train, holograms, and the best in Las Vegas fine dining restaurants.

Museum Fiasco

In case you didn’t get enough at Gallerie 360, Museum Fiasco will sweep you off your feet with even more enchanting spectacles of light and sound. Move over, Viva Vision—beginning in early 2021, visitors to Museum Fiasco will find themselves in one of the most enveloping light shows in all of Las Vegas. Playmodes Studio is responsible for this architectural canvas of oceanic audiovisual harmony. We don’t know exactly what that means, but we’re excited to find out.

Particle Quest

AREA15 has been a bit of a mystery since it was first announced last year. Particle Quest will answer some of your questions about the origins of AREA15 (although it may raise just as many questions). Take part in this augmented reality by donning your Particle Quest Mask and following the nano-particles who will show you the way. Particle Quest will debut in October 2020.

Wink World

An infinity mirror room on steroids is opening inside AREA15 in October 2020. Created by Blue Man Group co-founder Chris Wink, Wink World is part funhouse, part arthouse. Black light kinetic art installations fuse psychedelic visuals with music and technology to create an interactive production. Peer into a different aspect of infinity in each of these six mirrored rooms.
