e by Jose Andres is a private room in The Cosmopolitan that features a dramatic red glass wall and secure red curtains. It’s also adjacent to Jaleo’s bar, and offers only a creative tasting menu. The restaurant is a single room, featuring a circular bar that provides seating for only 8 people. Only two seatings are available per night., and reservations may need to be made up to 3 months in advance.
