Description

Prepare for breathtaking views and countless photo opportunities on your bus tour of the Grand Canyon West Rim. Once you have boarded the coach, your driver/tour guide will tell you about the area. You will also stop at the Hoover dam, a modern wonder standing 725 feet tall for a photo opportunity. You will then continue to drive, over the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge for an impressive view of the southwestern icon.

There will be a stop at Dolan Springs, Arizona where you will be able to stretch and enjoy a delicious lunch. Then, you will continue on through the Mojave Desert as well as the Joshua Tree Forest, dating back 900 years. Once you arrive at the Grand Canyon West Rim, Indians from the Hualapai Nation will be there to greet you. You will then take the shuttle service, which serves as a hop on hop off bus, to see Guano Point, Eagle Point, as well as Cowboy Town, also known as Hualapai Ranch.

A walking tour will give you the opportunity to see authentic dwellings, as well as live Native American performances at the amphitheater. When you are at Guano Point, you might also want to see what the women of the Navajo and Hopi Nations have to offer in terms of jewelry and crafts.
