Soak Up the Sun at a Vegas Pool Party

If there’s one thing Las Vegas is good at, it’s throwing some of the wildest and hottest pool parties out there. You’ll have so many top tier hotel pools and dayclubs to choose from, depending on what you’re after—from hyped up DJs to private cabanas and bottle service. Here are our picks for the best Vegas pool parties during Memorial Day Weekend.

Face masks must be worn at all Vegas day clubs unless you are actively eating, drinking, smoking, or swimming.

Drai’s Beach Club

When it comes to Las Vegas dayclubs, Drai’s Beach Club is hard to beat. Located on the rooftop of the Cromwell, this party spot is known for its killer views of the Las Vegas skyline and world-famous DJs. Two full-service bars, along with 75 luxury bottle service tables and dozens of cabanas and daybeds make this pool a highly sought-after destination. Whether you want an intimate booth for you and your friends or to be the center of attention on a poolside banquette, you can’t go wrong with a day spent at Drai’s.

Drai’s Beach Club is open Thursday through Sunday* from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The pool will also be open on Monday, May 31 for Memorial Day. Drai’s at Night is open Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. The party continues Thursday to Sunday at Drai’s Lounge from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Reservations are required for all venues. *Drai’s will be open 7 days a week starting on June 1, 2021.

Encore Beach Club

Encore Beach Club (EBC) is located inside the ever-so-swanky Encore Resort. We love this beach club for many reasons, from the lush green palm trees lining the pool to the front and center lilypads and attentive bottle service. Another great feature of Encore Beach Club is just how spacious it is. With 55,000 square feet of space, you can drink and mingle (at a socially distant three feet, that is). Headlining DJs aren’t expected to return until June, but you can bet EBC will still be party central, day or night.

Encore Beach Club is open Friday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EBC at Night is open on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30 p.m. till late. Reservations are required.

Wet Republic Ultra Pool

Wet Republic is just one of four swimming pools at the MGM Grand, but it’s definitely the most high-energy. There are plenty of daybeds and bungalows available for rental, plus enhanced safety measures like touchless menus so you can order snacks and drinks poolside right from your phone. Opt for the full-day cabana rental and you’ll get free Wi-Fi, your own TV and refrigerator, a ceiling fan to beat the heat, and plenty of couches and chairs so the entire party stays comfy.

Wet Republic Ultra Pool is open Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The pool will also be open on Monday, May 31 for Memorial Day, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reservations are required.

Party all Weekend at These Vegas Nightclubs

After a long hiatus, nightclubs are finally reopening in Las Vegas, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Dance floors haven’t yet reopened, but between expanded VIP seating, drink specials, and trendy DJs, it’s bound to be a good time.

Face masks must be worn at all Vegas nightclubs unless you are actively eating or drinking.

Marquee

Marquee is a sprawling 22,000 square foot nightclub (just next door to the dayclub of the same name) located in the Cosmopolitan. Comfy seating encircles the massive dance floor that’s home to a magnificent disco ball and bathed in crimson lights that set the mood. Cozy up with friends or your partner in an intimate booth or table and enjoy the ambiance. Even though the dance floor isn’t open yet, cocktails, bottle service, and late night snacks are available to keep the party going.

Marquee Nightclub is open Friday through Sunday from 10:00 p.m. till late.

Omnia

Morph the night at Omnia, located inside Caesars Palace. If you feel like you’ve seen everything a nightclub can offer, this nightclub just might change your mind. An 11-ton kinetic chandelier lights up the high-energy space. Aerialists descend from the ceiling with bottle service. 96 tables ensure that everyone feels like a VIP. Need a breather? Step into the ultra-lounge for subdued blue lighting and chill vibes. Or you can step outside onto the terrace for amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip below.

Omnia is open Friday through Saturday from 10:30 p.m. till late. The nightclub is also open on select Sundays, including Sunday, May 30. Reservations are required.

Tao

Known for being several A-list celebrities’ fave Vegas hangout, Tao is a nightclub and restaurant located inside the Venetian. Start your night at Tao Asian Bistro with delectable Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes. Then make your way through the candlelit tunnel and emerge into a massive nightclub featuring three bars, private sky boxes, and a 40-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the city. State of the art sound and lighting systems make Tao a can’t-miss nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip.

Tao is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 p.m. till late. Reservations are required.
