Nine Fine Irishmen
Nine Fine Irishmen in New York New York takes Irish-inspired to a whole new level—this pub was literally built in Ireland before being shipped over to the U.S. The pub’s name is a nod to the nine Irish nationalists who were sentenced to death after fighting valiantly for Ireland’s independence in 1848.
Today, the pub offers more than twenty varieties of Irish Whiskey including signature cocktails like the Nutty Irishman, made with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Frangelico. St. Patrick’s Day Parades
Nothing can compare to New York’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade…or so they’d have you believe. There will be multiple parades and festivals in the days leading up to St. Patrick’s Day in Vegas this year. Here are some of the biggest and best ones to watch for.
Henderson St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival

If you’re looking for something more family-friendly to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Vegas, the city of Henderson St. Patrick’s Day parade, festival, and carnival is your perfect destination. The parade will take place at 10:00 a.m. sharp on Saturday, March 14 in the Henderson Water Street District and is free and open to the public.
Throughout the weekend, there will be plenty of live entertainment, vendors, food, and a carnival. Don’t miss the Irish Whiskey Tasting Contest, Boulder City Cruisin’ car show, or St. Baldrick’s Head Shaving, which raises money to support childhood cancer research. Make a day of it and explore all the fun Henderson has to offer.
Celtic Feis Celebration

You’ve got multiple chances to witness the spectacle of the 11th Annual Celtic Feis Celebration Parade, hosted by New York, New York in conjunction with The Park at MGM. The festivities begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday (and again at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday) at the Bliss Dance sculpture in The Park, where a traditional Irish pipe band will wind its way through the casino, making its way to the Brooklyn Bridge for a spectacular finale. Live nightly entertainment will also be available Saturday through Monday starting at 5:00 p.m at the bridge.
All ages are welcome during the parade, although the event will be 21+ after 10:00 a.m on St. Patrick’s Day. Tickets for the Ultimate Irish Food & Drink Package start at $75 and include five beverages and one food item. They can be purchased at Nine Fine Irishmen inside the New York New York.
St. Patrick’s Day Firefighter Fun Challenge and Parade

This St. Patrick’s Day parade, hosted by the Las Vegas Firefighters Benefit Association along with local bar Hogs & Heifers Saloon, is a downtown favorite. The parade will start at Fremont Street and 3rd, making its way to the 3rd Street Stage (located between The D Las Vegas and Four Queens), where Irish dance and bagpipe performances will be held.
This parade is open to all, including families, although only those 21 years and older will be admitted into Hogs & Heifers for additional St. Paddy’s celebrations. Don’t miss the Wheelbarrow Race, 5-inch Hose Drag, Hose Bowling, Bucket Brigade, and Tug of War competitions, open to the public.
St. Paddy’s Parties & Pub Crawls
Las Vegas knows how to party. It’s basically in our DNA at this point. For St. Patrick’s Day in Vegas, we’ve gone all out this year on parties and celebrations at the best bars, pubs, nightclubs, and more. The Plaza Hotel in downtown Las Vegas will once again throw a St. Patrick’s Day party to impress this year beneath its trademark dome entrance, complete with a green firework display to end the night with a bang. A live DJ, photo booths, and Irish-inspired menu will be available to guests in addition to beer pong, flip cup, and other games.
Drink specials include $5 Jameson shots and Guinness, or a shot of Jameson and domestic beer for just $8. Admission to this party is free! The Plaza is just steps away from the rest of the celebrations which will be ongoing on Fremont Street throughout the weekend and through Tuesday.
O’Sheas BLOQ Party

O’Sheas Casino & Pub originally opened in 1988 and quickly became a fixture on the Las Vegas Strip as an Irish pub and casino. Although the location moved in 2013, you can still find the same vibe in the new O’Shea’s located inside the LINQ, with low minimum table games, a beer pong arena, live nightly music, and an outdoor bar.
Mr. Lucky the Leprechaun, a crowd favorite, will host this St. Patrick’s Day bash and parade through the LINQ Promenade starting in the afternoon. Drink specials will be aplenty along with Irish song and dance, stilt walkers, bagpipers, and more! While you’re there, take a ride on the High Roller just above your head (which will turn green at sunset) for a truly memorable St. Patrick’s Day in Vegas.
